The Necessary Standard For Choosing A Project
1, is the ambition of an enterprise big enough?
Enterprises have strong ambitions for the product market and even the whole industry. They have the determination and courage to break the boat and to fight for war.
Many years ago, I met a small household appliance dealer in Northwest China at a business meeting of a company. He told me the rule of choosing a project for a dealer: the enterprise should not rush ahead, and dealers will follow it; if the enterprise takes a step by step and leaves behind a trail for itself, dealers will follow it.
So the choice of an enterprise must depend on whether the company has any strategic ambitions.
2, the selling points and categories of products are not prominent?
If the product of the enterprise is the first new product of an industry, then you need not doubt, if not, but after planning, it can create a category and occupy a unique position, plus a unique selling point that attracts customers. Then this product will have a bright future, even if it does not seem to have sales, but the market will soon rise after market development and consumption.
3, is there a systematic promotion strategy?
Some enterprises do not even do well in the basic planning and packaging of products. You can hardly expect to have a systematic and precise strategy in marketing. Choosing a partner is very important. If manufacturers lack systematic strategies, you can not turn around the consumer market even if you have a great deal of wisdom.
4, is there any executive team that can fight well?
There are good strategies, but there is no perfect execution system and executive team. All of them are just on paper. Dealers can contact with the marketing team of the enterprise, feel the low of the other party, throw out some problems that are easy to appear in the market and let the marketing team answer. If you ask more than 3 people, the other party answers the same, or the answer is scientific and practical, then you can be thankful. If not, then you should leave early, and don't rush into the drill.
5, is the communication input big?
Many dealers blindly listen to the commitment of enterprises to invest in the future. They do not know that many enterprises promise "CCTV 50 million" depends on the results of their investment. If the investment is not completed, then this commitment will become a bubble. So, you must understand the promotion plan of the party and the input plan of the media budget and even the project. This is not a verbal commitment, it must be written in the terms of the contract. Otherwise, you regret it too late!
Of course, there are many factors related to the importance of choosing a project. But the above five criteria are enough to make you judge whether a project is worth being invested. It's hard to do business now. If you make a selective mistake at the beginning, just as you start to be unhappy with some parts of your girlfriend at the very beginning, you still reluctantly marry with it. Then waiting for you is bound to be divorced, resulting in the loss of money, and at the same time, it also undermines your confidence in the future life.
