The Tour Guide Will Be Fined Without Wearing Ethnic Costume.
Recently, it was learned that the "Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture Tourism regulations" will be promulgated and implemented in June 1st. According to introducing, this is Dali's first travel regulations. The regulations relate to tourism planning, tourism resources development, tourism management, tourist activities and tourism supervision and management in Autonomous Prefecture.
The regulations also provide tourists with the right to know about the products, service contents and standard of fees provided by the tour operators. They have the right to choose the tour operators and the tourism products, service contents and services provided by them and get the services that match the quality and price. They have the right to get the services according to the stipulation of the tourism contract, and enjoy the details of the tourism activities such as the contractual rights.
According to the regulations, tour guides should wear tour guide card and travel service certificate when engaging in tourist activities. Those who violate this provision will also be fined 100 yuan or less than 500 yuan.
