The output value of textile and garment industry is 5 billion 380 million yuan, accounting for 43% of the whole town, and the sales volume is 6 billion 570 million yuan, which accounts for 58.3% of the whole town.

Before yesterday afternoon's seminar, Jiang Hengjie, executive vice president of the China clothing association, made a special trip to four local textile and garment enterprises in the morning, and concluded that the strength of production and technology is quite strong.

"A lot of international brands we are familiar with are on the assembly line of Cha Shan enterprises."

Jiang Hengjie said that although the first time he came to tea mountain, the local textile and clothing industry cluster conditions were very good, which impressed him very deeply.

Urgent need for integration

Although it is a small seminar, tea mountain has strong learning attitude and eager to find its own problems and development direction from the authoritative Chinese clothing association and the provincial clothing and clothing association chiefs. It also seeks advice for local enterprises.

From the enterprises that have been visited by the China clothing association, we can see that there are both male and female businesses that have already made famous children's clothing brands. Wei Bo, Yong Lian and Lianxing, who have more foundry, can represent the whole picture of Cha Shan's textile and garment industry.

Jiang Hengjie said that many enterprises first faced with a problem is how to optimize the production process, how to improve labor efficiency.

Jiang believes that the enterprises of Cha Shan can improve labor productivity by two measures, one is technological innovation, the other is equipment application.

Another problem is how to resolve the risks between sales and inventory.

Jiang Hengjie said, Cha Shan textile and garment enterprises are still more OEM, once the domestic sales, these enterprises will have to face this problem.

In his speech, Jiang Hengjie repeatedly referred to the integration in the industry, "from the enterprise to the emergence of some big companies in the world."

The tea hill economic and Trade Office confirmed to reporters that it is indeed applying for the establishment of the Dongguan textile and garment industry association tea mountain branch to the NGO authority.
