    In order to timely assess and summarize the operation of various windows in the first month of operation in World Expo, the city window service group conducted a questionnaire survey on window service satisfaction of the world's Expo visitors, and sampled 500 samples, of which 200 were in the park, 300 outside the park, 27.2% were local tourists, 65% were foreign tourists, and 7.8% were overseas tourists. The survey showed that the overall satisfaction of tourists to the main service windows in the city was 81.78 points, the highest degree of satisfaction with financial services, the lower satisfaction of public services and catering services, the satisfaction degree of 83.61 points to the service windows in the park, the highest satisfaction with volunteer services, and the low satisfaction with catering services; the satisfaction degree of foreign tourists was higher than that of local tourists, and the satisfaction degree of local tourists was higher than that of overseas tourists.
