Introduction to Ningbo clothing

Ningbo is the hometown of "Hong Bang tailors". The birthplace of China's modern clothing industry, textile and clothing is Ningbo's traditional dominant industries.

At present, Ningbo has formed a large garment industry group, which includes Western clothes, women's wear, shirts, knitted garments, professional wear, cashmere garments, casual wear, children's clothing and leather goods. It is China's largest garment manufacturing base, with over 8% of the total output of Enterprises above Designated Size and 40% of Zhejiang's comprehensive strength, especially the comprehensive strength of men's clothing industry. Ningbo has become the largest production base of colored spun yarn, the largest jacquard weaving base, the largest knitwear production base, the largest garment accessories production base, the main home textile production base, the important cord fabric and polyester regenerated fiber production base. Relying on the unique advantages of the annual Ningbo Expo and Ningbo port, Ningbo has become the main export city of garment trade in China.

By the end of 2009, the textile and garment industry in Ningbo had won 20 "China famous brands", 25 famous trademarks in China, and 2 brand names in China.

Exhibition Brief

The Ningbo international clothing and accessories fair, known as the "Clothing Fair", was founded in 1997. It is hosted by the China clothing association and Ningbo Municipal People's government. It is hosted by Ningbo Economic Commission. It is an important economic and trade activity of China's Ministry of Commerce's A-level exhibition, China's most influential brand exhibition and Ningbo international dress and adornment Festival. It is "China's Ministry of Commerce A-class Exhibition" and "China's most influential brand exhibition". In November 2009, it was certified by the International Exhibition Industry Association (UFI). It has become the first East China region and the fourth national clothing UFI certification professional exhibition.

In 2010, the fourteenth Ningbo Clothing Fair focused on "innovation, upgrading, integration and development". Guided by "internationalization, branding, specialization, marketization and informatization", we made efforts to build four major platform functions, namely, expanding the important platform for promoting market adjustment and ensuring growth, promoting the implementation of the important platform for revitalizing the textile and garment industry, promoting an important platform for regional cooperation in textile and clothing and an important platform for international clothing brand display, thus accelerating the construction of Ningbo into a famous Chinese clothing city. The exhibition has 2200 booths and an exhibition area of 45 thousand square meters. The exhibition covers clothing industry, clothing, accessories, clothing machinery and so on. The exhibition hall includes famous museum, OEM hall, brand franchise hall, accessories / Garment Machinery Museum, International Pavilion, trade Museum and so on.
