?? （1） Design of men's shoes with one side opening bandage
This shoe is basically the same as the men's shoes with dark rubber band at the side opening, except that the rubber band connection is changed to a strap connecting one side as the opening, and the inner side is a closed structure, so the requirements for opening and closing functions are greater. Pick the tongue.

1. Finished product drawing
How to increase the opening and closing function? When designing whole tongue shoes, it is required that the position of the concealed door should not exceed 1/2VE length to ensure smooth shoe wearing. There is no exception for the one-sided open shoes. The key to the design is to make sure that the front end of the opening is taken in front of the projection of the front tarsal bone, as shown in Figure 1-8-12. When wearing shoes, this part has the function of lifting, which can make the foot wear smoothly.

2. Structural design drawing
As shown in Figure 1-8-13, the position of the back end of the front upper is similar to that of the men's dark rubber band shoes. The O 'point at the front end of the opening is before 1/2VE, as shown in the dotted line in the figure.

The length of the tongue is taken as the E 'point lOmm before the E point. First, design the complete contour line of the shoe top, that is, the lining line of the shoe top. Then, the outline of the shoe ear and the back upper are designed on the outer side, and the opening outline is between the front and back upper. Then three eye positions were designed, and the eye position margin was 8~lOmm.
Design an open tongue profile. The middle line of the side opening is also the middle line of the tongue. The tongue length exceeds the toe opening by 5mm, the upper width exceeds the eye position by 10mm, and the lower width exceeds the eye position by 5mm. The front end is rounded. Design the position mark of the tongue.
As the front and rear upper are connected, the method of raising the seesaw after conversion is used to deal with the seesaw. Take the seesaw center and set it at the O "point.
Make the centerline of the back E'A2, and make the rocker angle ∠ H1O "H2=∠ QO" Q '. The back wrap heel position is separated.
Add 1/3 of the length difference to the bottom opening, and make the contour line of the front upper bottom opening. The upper stretching amount of the bottom opening is different from that of the inside and outside.

??? （2） Design of men's shoes with dark rubber band and no tongue
The shoes are classified as side opening shoes, which can also be regarded as tongue shoes. The tongue is reduced to "zero" and replaced by the middle upper. As the middle upper position is in front of the projection of the front tarsal bone, the influence of tarsal circumference can be ignored, and the tongue last should be selected for design.

As shown in Figure 1-8-14, the rear middle upper is both a tongue and a cross arm. There are three openings on the middle upper, and the lower part is equipped with dark rubber bands. The structure of this shoe breaks away from the shackles of the tarsal circumference, mainly relying on the soles to encircle the feet. The tongue style shoe last design will not affect the wearing. When the foot is thin, the rubber band does not work. When the foot is fat, the rubber band opens moderately.
The design shall be carried out according to the positioning.

2. Structural design drawing
As shown in Figure 1-8-15, there are five kinds of seven pieces of front upper, middle upper, back upper, back rib and rubber rib in the figure.

First connect the central line AoV 'of the front upper back, make the vertical line of AoV' line, and design the breaking line of the front upper. Then make a positioning and take the seesaw angle, take the seesaw center 0, and the point is at the intersection of the broken upper line OQ line. The toggle angle is ∠ VOV '.
After the V point, the length of the middle upper shall not exceed 1/2VE. Make a vertical line to the center line of the back of the middle upper, and follow the trend to design the contour line of the middle upper, forming a curved arc.
Start the first cut at the intersection of the middle upper line and oo line, and make another two cuts diagonally forward and downward. The distance between the cutting edges is 8~lOmm, and they are parallel to each other. The front end of the incision is oblique, and the stubble with rubber bars around is 8~l0mm, which is the contour line of rubber bars, as shown by the dotted line.
There is a difference between the inside and the outside of the back upper, and the cut line position of the rubber band inside should also be improved accordingly. Because the design rules are the same, they can be directly expressed on the template.
During processing, the leather at the edge of the cut is sewn, which can fix the rubber band without affecting the elasticity of the rubber band. If the opening and closing function of the rubber band is to be increased, the extension of the rubber band can be increased by setting the position of the car line in the middle of the incision.
Other designs are the same as before. The amount of upper stretching at the bottom opening is different from the inside and outside.

?? （3） Design of women's shoes with eyelet type drill band
The so-called air holes refer to two oval holes on the side of the upper, which are called air holes. The outer sleeve of the tongue is connected with the back upper by the shoe stud and shoelace, and the inner sleeve is directly stitched with the back upper.

As shown in Figure 1-8-16, the position of the eyelet can reach the position of the shallow door, and the tongue length is relatively short, which looks like a female shallow door shoe. But it is a full upper shoe. The drill band is connected with the back upper to form a closed structure, which fully conforms to the characteristics of the full upper side open shoe. Female vegetable last is selected for design.

The shoelace is connected at the back, and there is a broken upper position on the tongue, so the method of concealed stitching is adopted.
The upper of the shoe keeps breaking. The method of lifting after conversion is adopted.
To design the width of shoelace, first determine the selected drill rod, and measure the inner diameter of the central axis of the drill rod, so that the width of the shoelace is 1~2mm less than the inner diameter of the drill rod, so as to prevent the shoelace from being worn.
The pressing stubble can be directly installed between the inside of the back upper shoe opening when nailing the shoelace in the inner sleeve. The outer sleeve is 14 mm from the shoe opening, which is the center position of the nail stud, and is also the center hole of the shoelace. The other four drill holes are 5 mm apart, which are respectively punched on the upper and lower sides of the center hole. The distance between the length of the drill strip and the center hole is 30~35mm.
When nailing chisels, rubber bands are often used instead of chisel skins to cut a cut at 14mm, insert the rubber band wrapped around the chisel into the cut and sew it up.

2. Structural design drawing
As shown in Figure 1-8-17, connect the VH line, control the front position of the eyelet, design the tongue by imitating the position of the straight upper tongue type shoes, and design the outline of the eyelet, and then design the outline of the curved upper of the back upper. The upper part of the back upper part has the difference between inside and outside.

Connect the shoelace outline from the tongue, and design the position of the shoe stud.
After the placement of the main components, the rocker removal shall be considered. As the front and rear upper are not separated, the lifting method after conversion is adopted.
Make the midline of the back E'A2. Take the 0 'point of the seesaw center and transfer it to the front end of the eye hole.
Make a zigzag angle ∠ QO'Q '=∠ AoO'A2, copy the shape of the shoe top, and mark the regular points of the spiked shoelaces.
