Design Of Open Mid Seam Shoes -- Design

Use the counterfacet half panel to design mid seam shoes.

As shown in figure 1-9-2, this is an outer ear type casual men's shoes.

If you do not consider opening the middle seam structure, it is the ordinary five eye shoes, its structural design has been analyzed.

Because of the existence of opening, the design process can be greatly simplified. The use of counterfaceplate can save the process of stepping.

 

In the position of opening the middle seam, the sewing machine is used for sewing.

In order to cover up the defect of opening the middle seam, a lOmm wide colored ribbon is pressed on the seam.

There is a soft mouth at the heel position to make the shoes comfortable and soft.

Draw the outline line of half panel as shown in figure 1-9-3, and connect 4 basic control lines.

According to the design method of the outer ear shoes, we design the rear contour, make the difference between the inside and outside, arrange 5 limits, design the fake line position, and the foam mouth and the back pack.

Pay attention to the back end of the soft mouth, though it also takes the center line, but it has not been reduced because the foam occupies a certain space.

If the foam is too thick, it should be loosened.

The back end of the shoe is straightened to facilitate sampling.

The following package should not be contracted with the same size as the upper part.

According to the relationship between stubble, determine the front contour line, find the width of the mouth door, determine the length of the shoe ear, design the shoe helix thread: the front middle line keeps the curve state.

Other designs are the same as before.

The basic template is shown in figure 1-9-5.

Annotate the rules on the front gang and do not rotate again.

 

There is a stubble quantity on the soft mouthpiece template, and the processing volume is 3 to 4mm.

The template is also a sample for the cotton sliver, which is used as the wrong amount of 5mm.

When using the ribbon, the upper lip is folded back.

As shown in the picture, the front Gang is designed according to the conventional design.

The front part of the back part should be cut off. The front part of the shoe is the amount of flush, and the back is the amount of the seam.

Lengthen the ears of the outer ears and pull them to the bottom of the front.

The long ears shoes are similar to the middle opening structure, and the corresponding half panel design is also used.

The location of the lock line is fixed on the "8" eye position.

The front end of the shoe ears has a Baotou shape, and there are 5 to 8mm spacing between the inside and outside shoes.

The front end of the shoe tongue is longer than the lock line, and the lock line is also on the tongue.

 

The shoes are covered with foam sliver and decorative strips on the sides.

The outline of the whole upper shoe is designed first, and the distance between the ear and the back of the shoe is kept at 5mm distance, and the outline of the shoe's helix is designed.

The position of 7 shoe eyes was designed according to the average eye position, and the eye margin was lOmm.

Confirm the location of the lock line, and confirm the front lining, see 1-9-8.

 

Next, we design the parts of shoe, back and follow.

The shoe tongue is designed on the ears of shoes, where there is a relative position.

Finally, finish the other design.

3. sample preparation

This is a shoe that opens the middle seam and keeps the tongue and tongue intact.

Use the opposite position to pick up the half panel and do not need to take the handle again.

The design process is similar to that of the straight back tongue shoe.

The sides of the tongue are marked with elastic rubber bands and connected to the back side.

The front opening has a front opening structure connected with a middle opening structure through a section of wide opening.

The eye rings made of ribbon are not used for shoes.

According to the location of the shoe ears, the position of the 4 eye rings is designed, and then the contour of the rear part is designed.

The amount of stubble in the rear contour line has a shoe eye ring.

Finally, the outline of shoe mouth is designed.

The position of the side openings is filled with rubber bands, which is simple and convenient, with both opening and closing functions and decorative functions.

As shown in figure 1-9-13, the former gang has Baotou, occupying about 1/3 of the total length of the front gang.

The position of the front seam opening is made by the technology of face to face seam, the amount of stubble is kept on the side of the side, and the edge is folded on the outside side.
