Qian Songbin, manager of the business department of Shengda Shoe Making Machinery Co., Ltd. in Quanzhou, looks at the prosperity of the shoe machine industry this year. "This year, many shoe factories and shoe factories have problems of recruitment difficulties and underemployment. They hope to compensate for this shortcoming by using machines that can reduce manpower. Although the overall market situation is improving, most shoe machine enterprises still dare not expand their production scale. Of course, there is a shortage of labour resources and the reasons why employees are hard to find. In the view of the industry, the uncertainty of the future development of the sports shoes market is the most important factor.

"Although many enterprises are expanding their production scale this year, many enterprises are slightly blind and have a strong following trend. They are expanding for expansion without taking into account the actual needs of enterprise development. Especially when the current labor resources are very tight, the expansion of these enterprises is even more radical. To make a simple analogy, before these enterprises were three people to open three cars, now four people want to drive five cars or even six cars, there is no way to allocate resources reasonably. This development will surely cause problems. When talking about the current market situation, a boss of shoe material enterprises, who does not want to be named, told reporters.

In fact, the boss's worry coincides with Ding Yufeng's worries. Ding Yufeng believes that in the first two years of the financial crisis, although some enterprises can not support, but after all, a minority. "Sports shoes industry should usher in a large-scale shuffle within two years. In this shuffle, those with relatively poor qualifications are bound to be more difficult to stick to. Although the shoe machine market is relatively prosperous now, it is very difficult to maintain such prosperity for such a long time. If we expand the scale of production now, we can easily burden ourselves.

It is based on this consideration that although this year's shoe machine industry market has changed greatly compared with the previous two years, the vast majority of shoemaking enterprises are still not prepared to expand production, but rather focus on market development.
