Before April, China's Textile And Clothing Exports Grew Year On Year.

　 The latest statistics from the Statistics Center of China Textile Industry Association show that before April this year, China's textile and clothing exports amounted to 53 billion 799 million US dollars, up 15.52% over the same period last year, and the growth rate continued to accelerate.

Reporters learned today that exports of textiles, yarns, fabrics and products increased by 26.1% in the first half of April, while exports of clothing and accessories increased by 9.5%. In particular, the export of Chinese textile and garment exports increased by 16.21% in the first half of April this year.

According to the latest statistics of the General Administration of Customs of China, the export growth of Chinese clothing and accessories in May this year has accelerated compared with the first 4 months of this year, and its export volume has increased by more than 27% over the same period last May.

Industry analysts pointed out that although China's textile exports are improving, they still face the following pressures: first, the international economic situation is still complex, especially the EU's sovereign debt crisis and fiscal tightening policy, which has dragged down the pace of economic recovery in the European Union and even the world. Secondly, unemployment rates in the US, Europe, Japan and other economies remain high. Three, the appreciation of the renminbi is expected to be further strengthened and the uncertainty of future orders is increased. Finally, labor and material cost pressures continue to increase.
