Design Of High Waist Elastic Shoes With Side Openings
High waist rubber shoes, formerly known as "school boots" in foreign countries, are very valuable when rubber materials have just been developed, and are used in military shoes, so they are called school boots. The side opening high waist rubber shoes are very convenient to wear and wear, commonly known as "one kick". They are widely used in men's shoes and women's shoes, and there are many changes in styles.
As shown in Figure 5 -1-12, the upper is made up of two pieces of front and back, with rubber joints in the middle.
When designing the rubber shoes on the side, the method of finding the minimum size angle of the rubber band is put forward, because the extension of the rubber band is restricted by the weaving. When designing high waist shoes, the width of the rubber band must also be taken into consideration.
When wearing shoes, the key to whether or not to enter the shoe cavity is the size of the foot pocket. If the design length of the shoe meets the requirements of the foot pocket, there will be no problem of wearing shoes. The length of the foot pocket is 131% of the plantar circumference, and the length of the 250 foot is 318. 3mm, the width is 159. 2mm, which is approximately 160mm.
If the waist length of high waist shoes is 120mm, then there is a 40mm gap between them. In the structural design drawing, the length difference of this 40mm is the basis of rubber band value.
Should we consider the extension of the rubber band 70%? Because the actual design position of the rubber band is lower than that of the shoe, it can completely compensate for the extension loss. So the design width of the rubber band is one foot circumference size and one shoe design width.
The use of rubber band has the function of opening and closing, and also has decorative function.
The height of the back band is 90 to llOmm, and the length of the shoe is 120 to 125mm.
2. structure design drawing
As shown in Figure 5 -1-13, the steps of drawing the structural diagram are as follows:
(1) determine the height and length of the rear support to determine the direction of the half panel on the Cartesian coordinates, mark the natural stilts and connect the 4 basic control lines.

From the shoe line down 5 ~ 8mm do not connect T "points and T'points for the auxiliary line." Intercepted rubber length on auxiliary line: ab=160-120=40 (mm). It is divided evenly around the middle of the rubber line.
The lower end of the rubber band is placed at half the height of the back and parallel to the bottom line. The width line is downwards from the a point and the B point respectively. Taking into account the cause of taking off, the a line is slightly tilted forward to control the width of the B line and the a line. Change the lower foot of the rubber band to the arc angle.
Through T, point the curve along the back line, and locate the point of the curve and the straight line C point. Then connect the arc curve of the shoe tongue, and then make the back arc through T "point", then turn the arc curve after connecting.
(3) before the design and design of the front group, we need to switch and take off. The O'point of the pick center is located at the center of the front arc of the rubber band for conversion and take off angle. The length of front support should be 1/3 length difference.
Conversion can only solve the last problem of the lower part of the front part, and the shoe tongue part can not last. To solve the shoe tongue, the last shoe can also be changed once more. However, after the shoe is made, the rubber band will be extruded and changed because of the hardness of the rubber band, so the usual method is to handle the shoe in the tongue. That is to say, the dividing point between the tongue and the straight line is C, slanting to a broken line, which is controlled below the rubber band. When you cut the template, add a corner to the side of your heart. The lower end of the insertion angle is pressed stubble, inserted with the inner arms, and the seam on the side of the seam is seams with the outer side. This is a classic process handle. It will be used in the design of all kinds of shoes. See Figure 5 -1-14.
This method of designing rubber bands with high waist shoes is classic, but some people do not like to lose their support. Therefore, we use variant methods such as the transfer of seesaw, the split of the front team, and the high dislocation of the front gang.
As shown in Figure 5 -1-15, the front part of the shoe is partitioned into two parts to transfer the stilts on the tongue to the front parts. The method of taking off the shoes is called "double conversion and take off method", which will be highlighted in the next section. The design method of the rubber band is invariable, and the bottom shape of the rubber band is not affected by taking off.
As shown in figure 5-1-16, a decorative strip component is split on the upper end of the shoe tongue, and the seating degree of the tongue is also segmented, and the middle line on the decorative strip is directly taken away, thus solving the problem of not using the technological stilts. As shown in Fig. 5-1-17, when the height of the back is lowered, the height of the front support is also lowered, so that the tongue of the shoe can fall completely on the control area of the last surface, so that the process can not be taken. Through the design of the above shoes, you can basically understand the design of high waist shoes. Use rectangular coordinates to control half panel orientation, use coordinate axes to control the height and length of the back side, and then design the foundation structure according to different styles of structure.
The Boot Shoe's shoe lining is usually fitted in the shoe lining. The design line of shoe lining is taken within the line of the parts, leaving the position of the thickness of the shoe inside. The bottom mouth also receives 6 ~ 7mm. In the rear arc position, 2mm, 3mm and 5mm methods are also adopted.
