The unqualified items in the sampling inspection of Shenyang Bureau of industry and commerce are mainly about the contents of the instructions, the fiber content of cashmere products, the wear-resisting properties of jeans, and various color fastness.

Among them, the 8 batch products of Shenyang Xing Long Da Family Shopping Center Co., Ltd. were totally unqualified. The products of 5 batches of Shenyang Tiexi Department Store Co., Ltd. were totally unqualified. The 8 batch products of Limited by Share Ltd of ZTE Shenyang commercial building group were qualified, 5 qualified batches and 63% pass rate. The 6 group products of the Eurasian Group Shenyang joint venture were qualified, 2 qualified batches, and the passing rate was 33%.

It is understood that the national mandatory standard GB5296.4-1998 "consumer goods instructions: textiles and clothing instructions" clearly stipulates that the description of goods must be clearly marked: the manufacturer's name and address, product name, product size and specification, raw material composition and content, washing method, product implementation standard, product quality grade, product quality inspection certificate and so on.

The problem in this sampling test is that individual products do not label the manufacturer's registered name or product quality level according to law.

In addition, according to the "instructions for use" in jeans jeans of FZ/T81006-2007, jeans should be marked as "washed products" or "primary colors".

Fiber content is the most important quality index of textiles and clothing. It reflects the authenticity of materials used in clothing, and is the content of mandatory standard examination.

Whether the ingredients are correctly labeled or not is directly related to the immediate interests of consumers. Otherwise, it will mislead consumers to choose the goods, and it will also provide an opportunity for illegal businessmen to be shoddy and deceive consumers to gain unjust interests.

The cashmere products were almost not detected in cashmere products in the sampling results of the Shenyang industrial and commercial bureau.

At the same time, spot checks showed that the dyed fastness of clothes will affect the actual use of clothing, and dye may also be pferred from clothing to skin, causing damage to the human body.

In the process of dyeing and finishing, textiles will use a variety of dyes, auxiliaries and other chemical raw materials, which contain more or less chemical components which are not good for human health. Experts who have been engaged in dermatology treatment and research for a long time say that clothing color fastness safety indicators are not qualified, which is an important cause of irritant dermatitis and contact dermatitis.
