Chen Shiquan said that most people, especially the front-line employees of a company, bring psychological counseling into contact with mental illness. Under such circumstances, it is a double waste of management cost and human resources to spend huge amounts of money on introducing a psychological expert.

China Limited has set up a post of psychological counsellor since last year, but the psychological Counsellor's main job in the company is to recruit, "not many employees will take the initiative to seek psychological counseling, full-time is too wasteful."
Zhu Zhiqiang, manager of Human Resources Department of functional system, said that the psychological counselling staff spent most of their 1/3 working time on their psychological problems, and most of them took some information and signs through their observation.
Psychological training for eliminating illiteracy
In the process of laying off the establishment of enterprises, Anta has sought another way to build the EAP system. The psychological experts have been invited to carry out psychological training for employees on a regular basis, inculcate mental health concepts and conduct psychological guidance to the employees as a whole.
The psychological expert has also communicated with all levels of supervisors to find out some psychological problems that need to be solved.
In addition to recruiting psychological counselors, XTEP also invited a psychological expert to train regularly. The psychological expert will also analyze and catch the psychological unhealthy symptoms existing in the employees through the internal platform of the company, and discuss with the relevant managers the solutions to improve them.
Starting from September this year, the company's annual special training will also be based on outdoor training in previous years, plus an indoor psychological training.
"At present, it is almost a psychological training for eliminating illiteracy, so we can not do in-depth psychological assistance."
Chen Shiquan said that the enterprise's current role in this regard is far from building a perfect EAP system.
Zhu Zhiqiang also said that enterprises have never been able to post their jobs, and began to set up psychological counseling system. They are struggling to get started and have a long way to go.
