    Self created brand to sell shoes


    "At that time, a guest's husband ran a shoe factory in Dongguan, mainland China. She suggested that we should consider making shoes."

    Although the convenience of the production side is mastered, the sale of shoes is not the same as that of clothes. Even if clothes are sold in stock or sold at a low price, shoes can be sold effectively because of their size problems.


    After selling for half a year with the factory, Liao Xiaowen found that the knowledge of selling shoes was far greater than that of clothes, and she knew little about the quality of leather, the instability of her heels, and the uncomfortable feeling of the last one. So she decided to learn from her boyfriend and the two went to Dongguan factory for more than two months, so that she could understand the production process of women's shoes thoroughly.


    Cooperate with fixed shoe factory


    Liao Xiaowen fixed with 2 shoe factories, one of them took the "bag bottom" practice, that is, the factory output 5000 pairs per month, she wrapped all the capacity, so that the factory fully cooperate with the production of Amai shoes.

    "There are two advantages to this approach: first, the quality of the product is relatively stable; secondly, I need no goods at any time, so I do not have to fear that the production side will not be able to produce it."

    Liao Xiaowen said.

    The bottom of the package not only shortens delivery time, but also has greater elasticity when shoes are chased, while delivery and chasing are the two main reasons for women shoe sellers to seize customers and create profits.


    But as a big seller, business makes money quickly, but when business is bad, Liao Xiaowen will suffer.

    "The financial tsunami at the end of 2007, many clothes seller began to sell a pair of 300~400 yuan flat shoes, our performance was greatly affected."

    Liao Xiaowen said the company's revenue fell 26% in 2009.


    Ready to enter the mainland market


    In order to make Amai brand life go on, Liao Xiaowen has made more efforts in management this year. She has set up a set of customer information software to facilitate further analysis of customers' appearance, and at the same time strengthen communication with terminal customers through micro blogging such as Facebook.
