SAIC Issued Opinions To Support Foreign Investment In Xinjiang.

SAIC issued a number of opinions on supporting the striding development and long-term stability of Xinjiang (hereinafter referred to as "opinions"), accelerating the development of various market entities in Xinjiang, supporting the adjustment of Xinjiang's economic structure and promoting the pformation and service of economic development mode.

Relax conditions to support the establishment of enterprise groups

To support the development of state-owned collective enterprises, the opinions shall be granted the registration jurisdiction of the domestic enterprises registered under the State Administration for Industry and commerce according to law, and the domestic enterprises that are domicile in Xinjiang and shall be registered under the State Administration for Industry and commerce according to law shall be registered by the the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region industrial and commercial bureau according to the application of the enterprise.

The opinions relaxed the conditions for the registration of enterprise names.

For investment in new energy, energy saving, environmental protection, new materials, new medicine, biological breeding, information network, new energy vehicles and other strategic emerging industries, the opinions support the technology that does not require registration of ownership as the first investment of the shareholders of these emerging industries.

It supports Xinjiang's attempt to increase the registered capital of the company by way of debt to equity swap, and try to set up a company with the right to invest in mining rights or increase the registered capital of the company.

We should support the exploration and innovation of Xinjiang's urban and rural market, and support the exploration and innovation of the main problems in the development of the urban and rural market.

Family members can be used as business starting place for difficult groups.

The right to approve and register foreign invested enterprises shall be clearly defined and awarded to the industrial and commercial bureaus of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (cities, prefectures) and the state level economic and Technological Development Zone.

To support the the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region industrial and commercial bureau through the "comprehensive business system of the State Administration for Industry and commerce", we should exercise the right to accept the name change of the name of "foreign investment enterprise" in the name and the administrative division without the crown.

Foreign enterprises established and run for more than two years, and advertising businesses and advertising achievements can be established jointly by Chinese and foreign enterprises.

Foreign investors can hold Sino foreign joint venture advertising enterprises by buying part of the shares of domestic advertising enterprises, and hold foreign-funded advertising enterprises by buying all the shares of domestic advertising enterprises.

University graduates, migrant workers and disadvantaged groups are allowed to take family residences, rented houses and temporary commercial premises as entrepreneurial sites.
