Shanghai employment agency's analysis of recruitment information for online registration enterprises shows that 65.39% of enterprises are particularly interested in recruiting married women when recruiting positions such as secretarial, file management, finance, customer service and personnel administration assistant.
Some enterprises believe that married women have high loyalty and strong sense of responsibility.
Because they have already assumed the responsibilities of family, especially with the next generation, their physiology and psychology are more mature than unmarried, and the phenomenon of job hopping is greatly reduced.
At the same time, married women have rich social experience, and some jobs need some social experience.
Some managerial jobs, such as financial personnel, technical support, customer service manager, personnel training Commissioner and human resource manager, prefer to employ married women.
It is human nature to give birth to children, and the middle women are more responsible than men. Therefore, in employment, women should get the understanding of the society and should provide more jobs for them.
As a "big girl", we must adjust our mindset as if we were talking about objects. We should not be too fussy and ambitious. Otherwise, we can only delay youth and opportunities.
