Shenzhen Garment Industry Enters The Stage Of Regional Development
At the end of June, at the Shenzhen airport, passengers who just got off the plane would be shocked by the more than 10 huge images of the clothing brands such as Jesse and the Pearl River and so on. These pictures waved to the world with the most fashionable gesture. The ten China (Shenzhen) international brand clothing and apparel fair is leading Shenzhen clothing into a new era.
Shenzhen garment industry ranks among the leading women's clothing in China, with more than 3000 garment enterprises, mainly selling high value added brand clothing, and selling both domestic and overseas products. The products have strong competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets. In 2009, the output value was 130 billion yuan, and exported to 9 billion US dollars. Ten years ago, more than 2000 large and small Shenzhen garment enterprises were located in different industrial areas of Luohu, Nanshan, Futian and Baoan. In the past two years, with the development of cities and the different functional orientation of different districts, with the continuous efforts of Shenzhen garment industry association, more and more Shenzhen garment enterprises gathered their production to Baoan and Longgang two districts, and put the brand operation design center in Futian and Luohu two districts in the center of the city.
Qiu Xuan, deputy director of Shenzhen science, technology, trade and Information Committee, told reporters that Shenzhen's garment industry has gone from OEM to ODM to OBM. In recent years, the Shenzhen municipal government has continuously promulgated policies, such as providing special funds from the financial revenue to provide enterprises with technological transformation discount loans, developing special subsidies for domestic and international markets and exhibitors subsidies, and so on.
Baoan production incubation base
Wang Lixin, standing committee member and deputy district head of Baoan District Committee, said: "Baoan District has always been the area where manufacturing and processing enterprises are concentrated. All the latest products of the world-famous Apple Corp, such as iPod, iPhone and iPad, are all produced in Baoan. However, apart from earning limited processing fees, these high value-added products and brands have nothing to do with Baoan. In Hongkong, Shenzhen's new beli group, which is listed in Baoan and is located in the city, paid taxes 400 million yuan last year. At present, in order to foster the development of traditional garment enterprises, Baoan should not only focus on creative design, brand building and promotion, but also set up a technological platform to provide more services for the financing and listing of enterprises. In September last year, Shenzhen city design and garment products Co., Ltd., which was mainly made up of uniform design and production, became the first garment enterprise to obtain special funds for Baoan District private small and medium enterprises growth plan project. Baoan District also subsidized clothing enterprises to build technology centers, public technology service platforms and enterprise informatization projects.
The Baoan District government seized the opportunity to adjust the industrial structure in the city and launched the "Shenzhen garment industry gathering base" with the Shenzhen Apparel Association, with a total area of about 1.5 square kilometers. At the end of 2007, the base was started in the big wave street. At present, the land is 1 million 88 thousand and 800 square meters, and the land area has been 837 thousand and 800 square meters. The introduction of 23 famous brands of Shenzhen, including the famous clothing brands, including the four brands, including the seven famous brands of clothing, namely, the five of them, nearly ten, have already been put into operation. This is not only a modern manufacturing base and circular economy demonstration base integrating production, learning, research and business, it will also become a resource gathering depression and "fashion Silicon Valley" in Shenzhen and even the whole country's clothing industry, capital, well-known enterprises and supporting industries.
With the optimization and encouragement of enterprises' independent innovation, the Baoan District people's government will build hall 9 into "Baoan fashion hall". Among them, Xue Xian Li, Si Zi, hgal court, Zhen Xin Er, AI Gao Gao, Kun Peng, di ye, Yi Mei, Mei Mei, Xin Bai Li and other famous brands will display the concept of Boutique Dress around the theme of "fashion, culture, creativity and concept". Dozens of famous brands at home and abroad, including brands such as Mass Phil, song, Si, AI, Yi Hui, winner, card Dun, and vestown, will focus on the colorful modern dress culture, creative concept and fashion trend in Baoan. At the same time, many overseas designers will also show many cutting-edge creative design works. The Tenth China (Shenzhen) international brand clothing and apparel fair, which will be held in July, will share resources in order to make use of the unique creative incubator function of the base.
Luohu fashion consumption center
The Luohu District government has made the fashion industry, creating fashion brands and creating a fashionable atmosphere as an important measure to build an international consumption center. Luohu used to be the foundry base of all kinds of international fashion brand products. Under the influence of international fashion and brand operation, many traditional production enterprises in Luohu, such as jewelry, costumes, handicrafts and home furnishings, all have the experience of manufacturing and managing high-end brand products. With its proximity to Hongkong, it can catch international fashion information in a timely fashion. The exhibition economy is also a major feature of Futian District. Good industrial foundation, relaxed policy environment and unique location advantages make Shenzhen one of the most important exhibition cities in China. Since the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center was put into use in 2004, the influence of a large number of Shenzhen brand exhibitions represented by the high tech fair, the fair and the Shenzhen Trade Fair has been expanding.
