Cao Haodong told reporters that because the business is too busy, the customers on this form are old customers who have been doing business for over a decade, and they can no longer refuse.


    "I never expected that this year's business would be so busy." Cao Haodong sighed as he turned over the calendar book on his desk. Each page calendar is written densely, and the product type and delivery date are recorded.


    By June 26th, Cao Haodong had breathed a sigh of relief - the company's output finally caught up with the needs of its large customers. And for two months in a row, they could only meet some of their customers' needs. Because the production capacity is not up to date, we have to delay delivery. During that time, Cao Haodong received many customers' reminder phone calls every day.


    Customers are most afraid of remitting money in advance.


    "Huayang" customers are not only home sewing machines companies, but also many industrial sewing machine companies. Due to the rapid growth of customer demand, the company's ten production lines simply can not satisfy all customers' needs. In order to meet the needs of the industrial sewing machine customers, Huayang had to suspend the supply of more than twenty factories to produce household sewing machines. Cao Haodong said that this stop estimated that the loss of about three million yuan output value of the shipment.


    Even so, some companies producing household sewing machines call Cao Haodong almost every day to ask when they can resume production. When Cao Hao Dong ate lunch, another company called to ask, and the other party must first call the money back, saying that it would be enough for them to resume supply. Cao Haodong told reporters that now the company is most afraid of customers to fight money first, because the production can not produce products, unable to supply customers, customers receive money instead of trouble; in case of a specified time can not supply goods, will damage the company's reputation for many years. Therefore, if a customer can not guarantee the supply, the company will return it even if it receives the order.


    Supply to domestic customers is better than foreign customers. profit To be high and credit more secure, many sewing manufacturers meet domestic orders first.     Improve production line and speed up shipment


    In addition to adjusting the production line to meet the needs of large order customers, "Huayang" also improved the production line to speed up production. For example, the production line of the original sewing machine accessories is transformed into a production line of multi-function sewing machine accessories, and two such production lines are used to complete three hundred thousand orders of multi-functional machine parts every month. At present, "Huayang" is also increasing input in production line. It is estimated that two new production lines will be put into operation by the end of this month, and the output will be further increased, and six production lines will be added later.


    Similar to "Huayang", Zhejiang Hui Jie Vehicle Co., Ltd. is located in Weishan Town, which is specialized in producing needle plates for large and large machine factories both at home and abroad. Because of too many orders, in order to speed up production, "Hui Jie" specially transformed the production line, and changed some processes which originally need manual control to automatic control. It usually takes thirty or forty processes to make a needle plate. After the production line is improved, some processes control one machine from one person to another, and one person can control three machines, which not only speeds up production but also saves labor.


    Developing new products to avoid picking up goods

    At the end of last year, manufacturers and wholesalers reduced inventory as they were afraid of being affected by the crisis. Cao Haodong said that last year their company did not have a stock product, and at least several hundred thousand products were left behind for sale after the Spring Festival.

    Due to the impact of the financial crisis, some enterprises closed down last year, and many skilled workers moved to other industries. This year, the sewing industry has been recovering rapidly. Not only the workers are hard to find, but also the wages of the workers have increased by an average of 20%. Cao Haodong told reporters that at present, "Huayang", the monthly wages of workers two thousand or three thousand yuan is already very common. It is precisely because of the difficulty of recruiting workers, "Hui Jie" has also increased the production line automation transformation efforts.


    Although the market is very good, some businesses say that the profits of some products are still good, because raw materials are also rising. The profit of the wholesale business itself is very thin. In order to maintain the customer relationship and the price of the goods rises, many products can not raise the price of the shipment again, resulting in further squeezing profits.


    Now, it doesn't mean good year.


    During the interview, reporters learned that "Hui Jie" had received orders from a company in December, and some companies even dropped orders in March.


    In previous years, from May to October, it was the off-season for sewing industry. Today, although the off-season is not light, and orders are still increasing substantially, the factories of various production accessories are very busy, but Li Chungang, who is responsible for business of city Weiqun knives and sewing Fittings Co., Ltd., is still somewhat worried. Li Chungang said he was worried that such quotations would not last forever. Because of the rising wages of raw materials and workers and so on, many customers are worried that the price of products will go up. Therefore, in the first half of the year, more orders were placed, so that the stock of the manufacturers in the past has now been transferred to dealers everywhere, especially some foreign merchants will take more goods to prevent the price increase in the second half of the year.
