        First, we need to constantly increase R & D efforts and develop our own brand products.


    In the international market, the voice of "made in China" into "China created" is getting louder and louder. In fact, after the multiple squeezing of the industry blocked by foreign trade and the strong brands of foreign investment, more and more small and medium-sized shoe enterprises are beginning to realize the importance of brand. To create a strong brand of its own, first of all, we must identify differentiation, highlight product characteristics in terms of product structure, performance and appearance, and then work hard to build up our core technology advantages, attach importance to product quality and avoid injury to the brand due to quality problems. In this regard, shoe companies in coastal areas are more aware of brand building and independent research and development. For example, Anta, PEAK and 361 degrees, etc., they are particularly close to the challenge of breaking through this resistance to their own growth, and long-term brand building and continuous marketing innovation enable them to remain invincible in the storm.


        Two, we need to follow the low-carbon economy and circular economy, and strictly restrict the high polluting products.


    Nowadays, the topic of low carbon has become the focus of attention of the economic community and the whole society. Shoe companies show that through the practical action of "low carbon development" to cope with climate change, the spread of the "low carbon life" of the masses of people is a good weapon to win the recognition of consumers and support the brand. Therefore, shoe enterprises should increase the introduction of advanced technology and equipment, constantly improve the structure of products, vigorously develop cleaner production and control the discharge of pollution sources. The footwear industry has set up a sense of environmental protection at the source, starting with the popularization of environmental protection shoe materials, and driving the environmental protection trend of the shoe industry. Comparatively speaking, the environmental protection shoe has embraced the market, attracting many shoe enterprises and consumers to swarm, showing the potential and explosive force of the environmental protection shoes market.


    There is no doubt that the current external environment is grim. Many of the shoe manufacturers' profits in the low-end manufacturing industry have been thinned down. The tide of internal migration has led shoe manufacturers to come up with the two transformation directions mentioned above. Only by keeping pace with the times, aiming at the market demand and increasing the input of innovation, can shoe enterprises be able to base their core products on the market and promote the sustainable development of enterprises with the mentality of social masters.
