The whole production process is to process nylon 6 raw materials into slices, then spin them into silk, twist them into threads, and weave them into cloth, and finally dip them into cord fabrics.
Among them, the labor volume of the three processes of pulling, twisting and weaving accounts for 70% of the whole production process.

The semi-finished products produced by the flat jack are directly placed on the twister and twisted into thread, and then the cord fabric is woven on the air-jet loom, and the whole production process is concise and smooth.
In the past, the production process should be completed by weaving workshop, twisting workshop and weaving workshop with different floors.
"At this production site, after the implementation of the" assembly ", the original 26 people can complete the work. Now 13 people can be competent, and the auxiliary work such as the drum worker and the push drum worker are all cancelled.
The number of semi-finished products has been greatly reduced, requiring no special pport and no special storage area. "
Chen Jianxin said, "assembling" production on the one hand saves human resources and logistics costs, reduces the occupation and pportation losses of semi-finished products, and on the other hand, if the quality problems of products occur, it is very easy to trace and investigate, thus effectively avoiding quality accidents.
