She specially invited the Japanese Menswear master type expert Iguchi Xizhen to come to China for professional and technical exchanges.

Iguchi Ki was born in Yokosuka, Kanagawa, in 1947.
His grandfather opened "wellhead clothing shop" in Yokosuka in 1911, and as the third generation of heir, after he graduated from high school, he went to study in the specialized school of Japanese clothing.
He learned to use his day off to help his Western-style clothes shop.
His father was a traditional tailor who was very skilled in sewing, but the model was not very good at it. He wanted to know the new type of intelligence. So from then on, he applied the knowledge of sample production from school to practical work.
At that time, the students at school used to make 3 suits a year, and the wellhead could make 20 suits. That's why he graduated from school and was an experienced technician.
After graduating from the age of 18, Iguchi Xizhen went straight to the sword and went to the sword.
In 1980, he resigned from the work of coke company for 16 years, instead of resigning because he didn't like the company. But when he was 30 years old, he saw that there were few people who really had good skills and felt that it was necessary to do some work of educating people. Since then, he has been a lecturer of VANTAN Design Institute.
On the one hand, he is working with technical education institutions to serve enterprises.
In 1983, he entered "Yamamoto Kansai" company and served as director of "wide Zhai technology space".
During this period, he helped Mr. Yamamoto Kansai produce works and fashion costumes for the fashion show in Paris.

Because of the shrinking of Japan's domestic garment industry base, the phenomenon of hollowing out in technology is intensifying. With the crisis, I Guchixizhen has made unremitting efforts for the inheritance of technology with her rich experience.
In 1988, he resigned from his job and formally established ERUMIYON company. At last, he began to work as a target for training skilled personnel. He also launched a blog for training men's wear experts.

In addition to directing young people through the Internet, Iguchi Xizhen also published the monograph "the men's Encyclopedia" series of printed and electronic versions of Western-style clothes, as well as the electronic version of basic trousers.

This time, he was invited by the China Fashion Designers Association Training Center for his fourth trip to China.

When talking about the impression and feeling of the Chinese version, he said, "Chinese students do not do exactly what the teacher says, they will have their own ideas and ideas.

Iguchi Xizhen said, "in Japan, the edition Division has the same high status as the fashion designer. Because the division of labor is different, the vitality of the print designer is more than that of the design teacher.
Because, as the interpreter of brand design concept and the implementer of product design, fashion designers play an important role in brand positioning, product design, market sales, and internal quality.
If China wants to become a big garment industry and a strong fashion country, it must make the print technology and costume design develop at the same time.
Besides working, Iguchi Xizhen plays the cellist in the Yokosuka Symphony Orchestra. His photography skill is also professional level, which can be said to be a wide range of interests.
He will often go to Europe to collect folk songs. In his view, design and art and music are interlinked. Everything in the surrounding environment will become his design inspiration. He often enjoys concerts after work. He is good at balancing interests and work.
