Relying on this system, the China textile industry association carries out "China Textile and garment enterprise competitiveness evaluation activities" every year, and concentrates on the evaluation results, issuing certificates to the selected enterprises. This activity is called the military parade of the elite enterprises of textile and garment enterprises.

Each enterprise can not only understand the competitiveness of the enterprise, the highest level, the average level, the lowest level in the industry, but also understand the comparison of each sub index. Xia Lingmin said that after several years of development and operation, the social influence of evaluation activities has gradually improved, and the evaluation data have been cited by many organizations, and the evaluation activities have established credibility in the society with their objective and authentic data evaluation. Xia Lingmin pointed out that in addition to giving data reflecting the competitiveness of enterprises, the China Textile Industry Association will further extend its services.
