The NDRC has also asked the parties concerned to take effective measures to ensure that the backward production capacity of enterprises listed on the list of backward production capacity is closed by the end of September 2010.

If enterprises fail to eliminate backward production capacity within a specified time limit, the state will take revocation of the discharge permit, and the banking financial institutions shall not provide any form of additional credit support.
