Energy consumption of industrial units above Designated Size declined by only 1.25% over the first half of last year.
To achieve the goal of saving energy in 11th Five-Year, the energy consumption of industrial units above Designated Size will drop by about 7% this year.
The raw material industry is a key industry in current macroeconomic regulation and control.
