This retail elite training camp takes the theme of "reasonable demand is training, unreasonable demands are honing" as the theme. It aims to build a training platform for "terminal supervisor and shop manager team", enhance the business ability and team morale of "terminal supervisor, store manager", and enhance the sense of recognition and honor of Voight group.

Under the careful planning and organization of the AD Training Department of the Voight group sub center and the brand management center, the retail elite of all regions in the country are full of enthusiasm and high spirits, shouting slogans with high voices.

The students set up a "military order", read the oath, and swear, "the bloodshed does not shed tears, and the skin falls off the flesh and does not fall in line."

An iron and steel Army spirit is most impressive in the expression and firm tone of all the trainees in the camp.

During the training, the training of ordering knowledge, shop operation and sales, display and other knowledge, students eagerly thirsty, conscientiously do all the notes, actively charging; morning training, expand training, assembly, field training and other projects, let them experience the military demon training, constantly challenge themselves, cultivate team spirit and collective sense of honor.

During the training, some students were sick, some trainees were injured, and some students were fainted because of their physical strength. But our trainees still clenched their teeth and overcome difficulties and took part in training because of illness and injury. Because we are all Voight people. Voight people must be willpower and perseverance. They will not abandon or give up any difficulties, they will persist in the end and pick up the fruits of the final victory.

At the same time, through the punishment rules of "the wrong person is punished, the other students are punished collectively", let them feel the importance of responsibility.

The trainees said: we must bring the spirit and knowledge learnt in this training camp to our own area and go to the terminal to put it into practice.

In the process of the terminal shop inspection, we will personally guide the shop to purchase and display, analyze the sales data, share the sales skills and methods, and train the store manager how to communicate effectively.

In 2010, the Voight group terminal retail elite training camp was successfully held in August 17th. All the students sang the victory song and returned to the Voight group Xiamen operation center to participate in the 2011 spring and summer new product ordering meeting.
