When Gao Min was just twenty years old and studying in the United States, Gao Zhiwei began to talk with his daughter about "professional" topics such as enterprise development and brand operation. "A few years ago, I had a chat with my father. My father said that he had made a costume for more than ten years. What can he contribute to China's fashion industry? Gao Min's voice has gone beyond the age of a more than 20 year old girl.
As a father, Gao Zhiwei was most gratified not only because her daughter's mature and sagacious character was the foundation of her great achievements, but also more importantly, her daughter's interests coincided with the industry that he had worked hard for more than ten years. Her vision and thinking for fashion and the ambition it produced seemed to be well prepared for the higher floors on the basis of her father's success.
From "going our own way" to infiltrating into the industry
Gao Min was not eager to enter the class of her parents. She did something more fresh and fun for her. She took the lead in introducing the international popular mode of operation and set up her own brand store.
During the 8 years of study, like many garment enterprises, two generations were born, Gao Min also took the lead in the world's top fashion week and wandering in the forefront of fashion development. However, unlike many rich two generations, when most of their peers only gathered what they saw and heard in their own experience, Gao Min had quickly pformed into a "foothold" based on ability to set foot in society.
"After graduation, I originally planned to work in the United States for several years to reconsider the future. But in 2007, I saw many young designers in China are very talented, and there are still a lot of small but very fashionable original brands growing slowly. I told my dad that I wanted to go back to China."
At the beginning of that year, Gao Min and Gao Zhiwei went to England together. Gao Min found a very fashionable brand shop in Britain, called TOPSHOP. This shop is a cluster store which combines many new local designer brands. It is very popular and supported by the young designers in Britain. This makes Gao Min see her own road immediately.
So in the same year, a brand store called "ARRTCO" was opened in Xidan, Beijing, and everyone familiar with it knew that the shop's "behind the scenes boss" was Gao Min, the chairman of Han Bo's chairman.
Today, this store has been recognized by the consumer market more and more, and more people know the origin of this store. This is Gao Min's own efforts to bring together the works of the 70 and the 80's generation of fashion designers in China. At the same time, it also combines music, literature and other Arts in the new generation brand trend shop.
The success of "ARRTCO" strengthened Gao Min's confidence. Not long after, a cluster store named "ARRTCOCollection", which combines Japanese, European young creative brands and designer brands with certain reputation in China, came to Beijing's China World Trade Center shopping mall.

Although Gao Min took the first step in the fashion circle, instead of being the two generation successor to become the industry's conversation fund, she took the lead in taking the lead in her own "independent life".
In 2009, Gao Min became a member of the Han and silk enterprises, responsible for brand marketing and management.
Gao Zhiwei is always full of excitement for his daughter's joining, and Gao Min's state is not disappointed by his father.
"After this period of in-depth understanding, I found that Han and silk have very good resources, and in recent years, I have learned how to manage brands by creating brand stores. I think what goals I have to achieve every year and what should be done in the future, and I will form a complete set of concepts and implement them step by step."
Gao Min said.
In 2010, Gao Min set up many main tasks for himself in Han Bo, including strengthening a more humane management system, creating a happier working environment, and implementing a more reasonable staff training system. At the same time, he began to establish online shopping and new media system, perfect and adjust the market positioning and resource integration of brand enterprises, and find a more suitable way to connect with the international market through his own experience abroad.
"I am confident that I do not want to be the NO.1 of China in the future, but I hope that Han and Po become ONLYONE, and that the characteristics of ONLYONE is to become the best Chinese fashion brand."
If young Gao Min wants to put this ambitious ambition into practice, he still needs to make unremitting efforts.
