US Department Of Commerce Strengthens Us Trade Law

In August 26, 2010, the US government unveiled a plan to strengthen its targeting.

US Commerce Secretary Luo Jiahui said in a statement: "the Obama administration is committed to actively strengthening the US trade law to ensure that US companies and their employees can get a fair" arena "- the engine of US economic growth.

The plan announced today further demonstrates our continued efforts to enhance trade enforcement tools.

According to a statement released by the US Department of Commerce, 14 proposals have been made to combat illegal imports and require all parties concerned to pay any duty in full.

The statement points out that the adoption of the plan will start later this year, and the plan is especially targeted at countries that will be subject to government control.

A senior official of the Ministry of Commerce said in an interview that the purpose of the plan is to enhance the effectiveness of US trade protection measures in a series of fields.

Dimico is also a member of the government Manufacturing Advisory Committee. He said the Ministry of Commerce's announcement today is in line with the committee's recommendations.

Ronald, an assistant secretary of the US Department of Commerce in charge of import management, also said that the plan would bring a "more positive feeling" to American companies that the trauma they suffered from unfair trade activities would be smoothed out.
