Humen Branch Of Guangdong Textile College To Carry Out The Lecture On Clothing Product Design And Development

In order to improve students' understanding of graduation design and three-dimensional cutting and develop their vision, in the morning of September 7th, the Humen branch of Guangzhou Textile College, the 23 floor of Fumin clothing business center, launched a lecture on professional knowledge of clothing product design and development, involving a total of 313 students.

Before the lecture, Ms. Xiong Xiaoyun, Secretary of the Party committee of Guangdong Textile Vocational Technical College, encouraged students to devote themselves to the study of the new term with enthusiasm.

Then, Professor Fan min Na, who was studying in France MOD'ART INTERNATIONAL and Manchester City University of England, gave lectures on professional knowledge for our teachers and students. Fan teacher combined with a large number of classic cases, gave a brief explanation on the stages of many costume design processes such as research, clothing product design and development, screening design, sample making, adjustment and summarization, and made an optimistic analysis of the employment form of garment majors.

By listening to lectures, students have improved their understanding of clothing design, set up correct design concepts, in-depth understanding of the development trend of the fashion design industry, and the principles of garment design work, made clear the professional qualities of the designers of fashion design, and deeply understood the social responsibilities of clothing designers. These understandings will help guide students to plan their study and life in a reasonable way.

According to Liang, the Humen training base of Guangdong Textile Vocational Technical College, in August 30th, the school started the first semester of this semester. The college will hire two senior teachers studying in Britain and Japan to teach this year. The emphasis of this semester will be divided into two stages. The first stage will be based on theory. The first 14 weeks will carry out training courses such as graduation design, three-dimensional cutting, brand management and so on, so that students can lay a solid foundation before graduation. In the second stage, practical training will be carried out, which will go deep into clothing enterprises and docking with enterprises so as to get a deeper understanding of clothing production from a series of production processes, such as design, printing, assembly line and factory production.

It is understood that the Humen training base of Guangdong Textile Vocational Technical College is jointly organized by Guangdong Textile Vocational Technical College and Humen clothing technology innovation center in the 23 layer of Humen Fu people clothing business center. It is a university based on the talent needs of Humen clothing enterprises, with the academic education and skill training of the college, to build a talent platform for the Humen clothing industry, and to cultivate the applicable talents for various posts in the enterprises.

The Humen training base of Guangdong Textile Vocational Technical College was built in 09 in September. It is open and forward-looking in the overall construction design. It introduces three frontiers of human body measurement, including three dimensional human body measuring room, product development room, image design room, clothing modeling room, clothing CAD room, professional classroom, garment craft room, etc., and the existing professional courses such as fashion art design, clothing design and engineering, clothing management and marketing, stereoscopic cutting, clothing CAD, clothing computer design, fashion show, clothing pattern plate making, and garment foreign language are open to the public.
