For the vast number of Chinese outdoor enthusiasts, it is still unfamiliar. In September 10, 2010, on a sunny autumn day, its first brand press conference was unveiled in Beijing. It had the first "intimate contact" with the domestic outdoor industry. Its founder Rainer R ssel visited the scene and interviewed by the media. She shared with everyone the story of Pinewood's founding and development and the vision and hope of entering the Chinese market.
Mr. R ssel said that he had a long history with China, and he came to China in 1994 and planned to study at the Beijing Language Institute at that time. But only a few months later, he returned home. Because of chance, he got acquainted with his friend's current business partner, Mr. Li Zhi, chairman of the green pine forest company, and decided to return to China to start his outdoor clothing production.
Everything is difficult at the beginning, and the emergence and development of a brand is even more so. Rainer still speaks highly of the story when Pinewood first started.
Like most companies, he said, at the very beginning, it was small and even born in the basement.
At that time, he squatted in his mother's narrow basement to think about it, hoping to expand the palm area so as to make more room for storing his goods. After repeated entry and exit into the basement several times, he dismissed the idea, because the pformation of the basement would inevitably affect the safety of the ground buildings.
Later, the mother could not move her car out of the garage and turn it into a new storage place.
A few years later, the garage became too small. Smart and considerate mother moved some daily necessities out of the storeroom and expanded the space.
With the increasing number of goods, his father-in-law and mother-in-law helped to pack things in the evening. All of these are good ways to save money at the beginning of their business.
No one complained about his troubles, especially those of his beloved family. Although they only got his grateful hugs and kisses, they shared hope and joy together.
After several years of development, in 1997, Rainer applied for trademark registration and formally established the Pinewood brand.
Over the past decade, products have been extended from a narrow series to an all-around outdoor protection from head to toe.
It focused on outdoor equipment and hunting equipment in-depth research and development, and outdoor equipment and hunting equipment concept, developed for outdoor wear products suitable for peacetime wear.
When it comes to talking about their products, Rainer is pleased with the words, just as parents are praising their children.
He said that the core concept of Pinewood products is "Comfort". For each person who likes to go out and loves to invest in nature, they have meticulously categorization, and strive to consider every problem from every outdoor enthusiast's perspective, considering every detail and providing them with suitable products.
Rainer added, "comfort" has different meanings on every demand detail. It needs waterproof and cold proof in rain and snow. It needs to be light and breathable in leisure life, and needs all-round protection in off-road and outdoor.
Pinewood is also doing everything in its power to make every garment wear too hot and not too wet for every consumer to experience "comfortable" outdoor experience at any time.
When asked about the characteristics of a customer who wants to buy Pinewood products, which products will he first introduce to each other, Rainer says, first of all, its comfort and functionality, which can meet your different outdoor needs.

As a famous outdoor brand in Scandinavia Sweden, Pinewood sells not only Sweden but also Germany, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Russia and more than 20 European and American countries. For the first time to enter the Chinese market, Rainer expressed its optimistic attitude towards the development prospects.
He said that in order to adapt to the Chinese market, under the premise of adhering to the original international elements of Pinewood, he made a comprehensive adjustment to the listed products, retained a full range of outdoor products and outdoor leisure products, and first brought professional outdoor Rainwear and other outdoor protective products to the Chinese market.
In addition, the most important thing is to adjust and tailor the products of every entry into the Chinese market according to the shape characteristics of the Easterners, so as to ensure that it is suitable for more Chinese consumers. At the same time, they will integrate some Chinese elements into the design at the right time, and win the recognition of more local consumers.
Finally, Mr. R ssel said that China's outdoor market is very large, and there is unlimited room for development. We hope that Pinewood brand will further develop with the outdoor market in China and provide more comfort for many outdoor sports fans in China.
The Chinese representative also expressed confidence in the development of Pinewood in China, hoping to make 5-8 achievements in the domestic industry in 5 years. Many dealers are actively discussing business matters. The first Pinewood flagship store will be opened in January next year.
