Where does the material go to? (exhibition hall and booth number)? When will the material be pported? What kind of equipment do you need? When do you need these equipment? How long does it take? How much manpower do you need?

The cost of hiring an exhibition carrier is no doubt expensive. Exhibitors, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, should be careful.
On the other hand, the carriers also have some reasons. They believe that the exhibitors entrust a pport plan to the carrier, which is the practice of insurance.
As a professional team, they can be all kinds of things, for example, they can reasonably store the pport containers which can not be stored at the exhibition site for safety reasons according to their professional requirements. Each exhibitor gets a computer label with names, exhibition halls and booth numbers. They put these labels on empty containers and give them to the carriers for safekeeping.
The carrier can also provide other services, such as measurement, pportation, storage and temporary determination of the withdrawal date.
