Group Co., Ltd. formally signed an investment cooperation framework agreement with the Jiashi County People's government and Guangzhou Sui Hua clothing and Textile Co., Ltd., which has a complete industrial chain of cotton yarn, sizing, weaving and clothing. The three parties jointly invested in the construction of the Jiashi 200 thousand industrial park with an annual output of high-end cotton textile production and R & D logistics center.

With the strong support of the front command of the Guangdong counterparts, the Foshan Jiashi task force and the local Party committees and governments have been coordinating and actively striving for it. Through many surveys and investigations, combined with their own industrial characteristics and advantages, Guang Xin foreign trade group joined Guangzhou Suihua garment and Textile Co., Ltd. to invest in the construction of 200 thousand high-end cotton textile projects in Jiashi County, to build the largest cotton textile production center in the southern Xinjiang, the national cotton spinning technology research and testing center, the southern Xinjiang cotton textile electronic trading and modern logistics distribution center.

The signing of the investment cooperation framework agreement marks the official launch of the project.

The project is the counterpart support of Guangdong province.

The total investment of the project is 650 million yuan, with an annual output of 200 thousand spindles of high-end cotton yarn, with an annual sales revenue of 1 billion 500 million yuan and an annual profit tax of 200 million yuan.

The first phase of the 100 thousand ingot project was completed and put into operation at the end of 2011.

After the completion of the project, it will not only provide favorable conditions for extending the industrial chain of Guangdong textile industry, but also effectively promote the development of agriculture, industry and Commerce and trade in Jiashi and even Kashi, enhance the development capacity of the recipient areas, and lay a solid foundation for the long-term stability and cross development of Kashi and Jiashi counties.
