After graduating from school in 1997, Cheng Xi had no steady job, so she became a member of the Confucius Temple mall.

半年后的1998年初,聰明的程曦決心自立門戶,走出了創業的第一步,她向父母借了3萬元錢,開了一家小服裝店,行情不錯,第二個月小店就開始贏利,服裝店平穩發展了兩年,資金有了一定積累,程曦對服裝市場更加了解,2001年她在家人的支持下,注冊成立了曉曦制衣廠,結果由于缺乏資金、知識、管理等方面的經驗,企業一度陷入困境,小制衣廠從5月至9月短短5個月的時間,虧了20多萬元,程曦幾年內賺的錢血本無歸,她難過的流淚了,但倔強的程曦沒有就此低頭,她冷靜地考慮后認為,生意失敗的原因在于企業人員、面料、管理方面的落后,于是她招聘有經驗的管理人員,并向專家請教相關知識,白天工作,晚上到高校學習企業管理課程,并向父母、親戚借了7萬元錢,以圖東山再起,功夫不負有心人,企業開始逐步走出低谷,到01年底企業開始不虧本。

At present, the enterprise has completed the orders, production and sales through-train, and the machine equipment has imported pressure press machines from Japan. In the city, there are 7 stores and wholesale counters in the city, specializing in marketing Xiaoxi and spectacle brand clothing, all of which are made of popular clothing and sell well.
At the beginning of this year, Xi renamed the original enterprise as a wonder clothing company, and registered its trademark. At present, the annual output value of the company is about 1500000 yuan, employing 56 employees, including 32 laid-off workers.
Cheng Xi said that laid-off workers have disadvantages, but they are steadfast, diligently, cherish their hard won jobs, and are completely competent for their jobs after study. This is also a manifestation of enterprises' return to society.
Through the express, Chen Xi told the sisters who wanted to start a business that they must be bold enough to try and find their own positions.
50 stores in 3 years
At present, the development of enterprises is relatively stable, but Cheng Xi is not satisfied. She believes that entrepreneurship can change life, and the personal value can be fully reflected in the process of entrepreneurship.
In 2002, she said her development goal was to set up 50 small orders and sales clothing stores in Nanjing within three years, but Cheng Xi knew that her business was still in the stage of entrepreneurship, and her strength was limited. She said the outlets would be mainly located in the residential area, not in the commercial network, first because of the cost, and two because of the localization of their products.
Although the enterprise has already started to expand initially, she still runs between every node, workshop and business unit every day, and constantly adjusts her products and marketing methods according to the market changes.
Cheng Xi confidently said: we are not like big enterprises can only do specialized clothing, even if the profit is small, we also do, not only to make group clothing, personal personalized clothing we do not mistake, scale will benefit, we will gradually expand.
