HUAWEI Chairman Sun Yafang Enters Global Power Women List

The list was first published in English by Forbes magazine on 6 July.

Compared with previous years, the list of powerful women has established unique businesses and brands, and even broke the original gender barriers to some extent.

The list of Chinese women reached 6, of which HUAWEI Sun Yafang was the only Chinese woman on the list.

First lady Michel Obama (Michelle Obama), Kaf Irene chief executive Aileen Rosenfeld (Irene Rosenfeld), Oprah Winfrey (Oprah Winfrey) ranked the top three list.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel (Angela Merkel) returned to the top spot this year, ranking fourth in the list.

US Secretary of state Hilary Clinton (Hillary Clinton) followed closely, ranking fifth.

Sixth to tenth were: Indra Nooyi, chief executive of PepsiCo Inc (PepsiCo), Lady Gaga, CEO Gail Kelly (Gail Kelly) of the Western Pacific (601099) Bank (Westpac), Beyonce (Beyonce Knowles), and a talk show host, Ellen Degeneres (Kelly).

This is a list of powerful women.

They come from politics, business, media and entertainment.

Among the top ten, there are three powerful women in politics and business, two from the media and two from the entertainment industry.

On the list, the powerful women came from the business community (39 people) and the political community (29 people).

Forbes's list of women in global power is based on influence rather than prestige or fame.

When preparing this list, Forbes is more concerned about women in leadership positions in countries, large enterprises or important non-profit organizations.

Their ranking combines two aspects: one is the media exposure rate, the second is the size of the organization or the state of its leadership.

Women leaders in political circles often achieve 50 to 60 years of age. Business women achieve 40 to 50 years of age. The powerful women in the media and entertainment industry can reach their peak between 20 and 30 years old.

Of course, there are some exceptions, such as Madonna's staying power, while Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg and Palin are young.

On the whole, under the influence of the financial crisis, the ranking and proportion of women in business declined as a whole, while the proportion of political and media ranking increased.
