The 9 key equipment of the national science and Technology Ministry's science and technology support program "modern automatic continuous cotton spinning production line" has been identified by scientific and technological achievements in Wuxi, Jiangsu.

This marks the implementation of the Jingwei Textile machinery and the pformation of traditional industries with modern high and new technology, and has made remarkable achievements in the research and development of the new generation of textile equipment. At the same time, it also indicates that the capacity of Jingwei Textile machinery to provide users with "complete sets of digital solutions" has been greatly improved.

"The difference between the domestic cotton spinning equipment and the international advanced level has made great breakthroughs in the adoption of new structures, new materials and new technologies from the needs of cotton spinning enterprises. More innovations have been made in the research and design of pmission systems, control systems, on-line detection devices, and so on, including 10 patents for invention (including acceptance) and 18 utility models.

The equipment has realized the network monitoring and management of the domestic cotton spinning equipment, and has provided efficient modern management tools for textile production informatization. On the basis of the realized blowing carding unit, it has also realized the automation and continuity of the equipment such as the domestic coarse and fine joint and the thin combined machine and so on. It has realized the detection of the white foreign fibers with fluorescent characteristics and some non fluorescent characteristics, and realized the fully digital short segment self levelling with the unique design of the drawing frame.
