Sources said that after the completion of the paction, the two sides will set up a new company, and its shares will mainly be traded in the Singapore market.

A source said that every ASX investor can exchange 1 to 3.5 for the new stock exchange.
If the paction is successfully completed, it will become a merger of the first stock exchange in the Asia Pacific region and will form the first cross country correct exchange in the Asia Pacific region.
According to sources, the paction will reduce the operating costs of new and Australian exchanges, thereby enhancing their international competitiveness.
