In many family businesses, even if the heirs only have daughters, their parents still think it is better to inherit them from men; however, in their hearts, while wishing their daughters to live happily, they also want to pass the business to their daughters instead of others to inherit them, showing their contradictions.
Parents' demands for female heirs are not very harsh, and are more supportive of their self startups.
On the way of training female heirs, parents pay more attention to interpersonal communication, social relations and management ability, but the demand for technology is not high.
As daughters, they have a sense of responsibility for family businesses. Although their desire to inherit is relatively passive, they want to find another job, but they still show the desire to develop their family businesses better.

Now, about entrepreneurship education, the city college has successively set up entrepreneurial classes, entrepreneurial practice bases, entrepreneurial public elective courses and entrepreneurial competitions.
