The newcomers in the workplace always put their ideals and enthusiasm into their first job.

However, in the gap between ideal and reality, they often suffer setbacks and encounter various kinds of workplace confusion.

"Confused" is what they often talk about. Although they are very confused but do not know how to change, so time slips away on their hands like this day, so that three or five years later, they still stay in situ or make progress.

So here I would like to share with you my little experience.

New people in the workplace must ask themselves five questions:

Question 1: always ask yourself what you have gained this week and this month.

Question two: always ask yourself how long it has not been charged. What has been concerned recently?

Question three: always ask yourself what your life is now. What kind of result will this state bring to you?

Question four: ask yourself how often you haven't exercised. Imagine that you can be as energetic as you are now when you are 50 years old.

Question five: ask yourself often what you want to be in 3 years or 5 years. What skills or abilities or other things do you want to become?

If you understand this, get ready. Don't make any excuses.

Change starts with questions, no matter how bad you are now. If you want to be good, tell yourself that you are going to prepare. Stick to it, and you will have gains. Your life will change.
