People say that the teaching practice in China's clothing specialty is quite out of line with the reality of the industry. Do you think so?
Bono Tailor Designer: as far as my personal feelings are concerned, the teaching and industrial realities of clothing colleges and universities can not be completely divorced from each other. I believe that the education of professional colleges and universities is of great significance, and learning in professional institutes is a discipline for their own basic skills, so as to find ideas and methods in practical work.
I think that 50% of the knowledge that we can master in school can be directly applied to work, but there are about 20% of the knowledge is indirectly utilized and used.
Generally speaking, I personally think that the mastery of school knowledge has played a little role in the individual's mastery of other professional knowledge in his work.
Professional knowledge and practical skills always have a process of mutual agreement, and there are two premises for the smooth pition of real work. One is to lay a solid professional foundation in the process of school learning; the two is to see whether the service companies are giving sufficient opportunities to improve.
Through working experience in Bono Tailor, I fully felt that a strong clothing company attached great importance to the design posts and fully cultivated the designers.
