In the year of 20__, the joint Ocean Shipping Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as Party A) signed the project contract with the blue sky Marine Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as Party B).

Sixth stage: after the acceptance of the project, Party A will pay 10% of the total cost of the total project price.

7. penalty for breach of contract: Party B shall be responsible for the penalty due to Party B's failure to finish on time, and shall be liable to a penalty for breach of contract, which shall be calculated at 1% of the total price per day.

8. increase or decrease project: if Party A needs to modify, increase or reduce its project plan, the increase or decrease of the total price should be calculated according to the order prescribed by both parties.

If additional quantities are required, the new unit price should be negotiated separately.

If Party A abandonment the completed works or the materials that have arrived at the site for modifying the original plan, after acceptance, Party A shall pay the cost and material cost completed by Party B according to the unit price stipulated by both parties.

9. supervision progress: the supervisory personnel or representatives sent by Party A shall supervise the progress of the project and have the right to supervise and guide.

Party B shall be properly constructed according to instructions of Party A's personnel or representatives, and shall not be ignored by any pretext.

10. project stop: if Party A notifies Party B that the project will be stopped, the reason is not that Party B shall be responsible for it. Party B may stop and request Party A to pay or deduct the amount of the project completed, the material arrived at the construction site and other reasonable expenses.

11. engineering custody: the works completed and the materials, tools and equipment remaining at the construction site at the beginning of the project shall be kept by Party B.

In addition to disasters that human beings can not resist, Party B shall bear all responsibility for damage in custody.

In case of natural and man-made disasters, Party B should give details of the damage and bring forward the price and date of restitution to Party A for the purpose of checking the payment.

If Party A decides not to continue construction, it will terminate according to the tenth provision of the contract.

12. project guarantee: except for natural disasters or due to improper use of Party A, Party B shall ensure that the quality of the project is good for 1 years after acceptance by Party A.

13. incidental clause: Party B shall be responsible for compensation if Party A or other personnel are injured due to the fault of Party B in the course of the project.

However, the damage is caused by the fault of the other engineering personnel contracted by Party A or Party A, and shall be entirely responsible by Party A.

14. Annex: the appendix of this contract shall be deemed to be part of this contract and shall be equally authentic.
