    Third quality requirements

    Fourth materials supply

    Sixth Works duration


    1. if the delay is completed due to the reason of Party B, the penalty shall be paid to Party A 1% of the daily cost according to the cost of the work, until the cost of the work is deducted.     Ninth liability for breach of contract
