Third quality requirements

Fourth materials supply

1. Party B shall strictly follow the relevant regulations of the state on price, and all the materials used in this contract shall be marked with marked price. 3. Party A is responsible for the materials and equipment for purchase and supply. The fifth way of payment

3. Party A fails to prepay the project price in accordance with the time limit stipulated in this contract, and shall pay to Party B 1% of the amount of the unpaid project price every day.

Sixth Works duration

1. if the delay is completed due to the reason of Party B, the penalty shall be paid to Party A 1% of the daily cost according to the cost of the work, until the cost of the work is deducted. If the delay in completion is due to Party A's cause, 1% of the labor cost in the price of the decoration works shall be paid to Party B as per the delay one day.

2. the material and equipment selected by Party A shall affect the quality and duration of the works due to the unqualified quality. The cost of rework shall be borne by Party A. the cost of rework shall be borne by Party B and the construction period will remain unchanged due to the quality accident caused by Party B's construction causes.

3. in the course of construction, due to the quality of the project and the disagreement between the two sides, the suspension of work is not carried out according to the delay or delay in the construction period. Acceptance of seventh projects

Ninth liability for breach of contract

After the contract comes into force, the party who dissolves the contract without authorization during the execution of the contract shall pay 5% of the total amount of the contract as a penalty for breach of contract. Tenth dispute resolution

Modification and termination of eleventh contracts

1. after signing the contract, both parties must strictly abide by the contract.
