An inspection was conducted on important industries and key enterprises of national economy, energy, pportation and so on. The quality of accounting information of 78 enterprises and the practice quality of more than 40 securities qualification offices and relevant branch offices were examined, including 40 listed companies in 78 enterprises.

The inspection found that the amount of violation was 71 billion 900 million yuan, and the amount of tax was 620 million yuan.

The Ministry of Finance and the relevant commissioners have dealt with the relevant units and individuals respectively.

Administrative penalties for fines fined by 16 enterprises such as Hualian Holdings [4.86 -1.02%] Limited by Share Ltd, ordered 60 enterprises to adjust their accounts and pay taxes, fined 33 people directly responsible, revoked accounting qualification certificates and other administrative penalties, and gave administrative warnings to 9 Certified Public Accountants of the Shanghai Institute of accountants.

Another part is that last year, the Ministry of Finance organized local financial departments to inspect 17089 enterprises and institutions and 543 accounting firms. The inspection found that the amount of violation was 58 billion 300 million yuan, and the amount of checking and paying taxes was 595 million yuan.

The financial departments at all levels dealt with 4843 enterprises (including 188 families pferred to other departments), and imposed a fine of 37 million 787 thousand and 500 yuan on the units, and imposed administrative penalties for 27 directly responsible personnel, including the revocation of accounting professional qualification certificates.

Financial departments across the country have also imposed administrative penalties on 63 accounting firms and suspended the practice of 8 accounting firms.
