What Do Employees Earn Outside Wages?

Wages and salaries are mainly external income.

1, insurance and welfare expenses: refers to the labor insurance and insurance benefits paid by all units outside the gross wage to all employees of the unit.

It includes funeral and pensions relief fees, life hardship subsidies, various non wage subsidies, and the medical expenses paid directly to the employees by the units that implement the reform of the medical system.

2, labor protection cost: refers to the health food treatment, antidote, refreshing drink, summer cold drink fee and so on, which the workers receive from the unit.

3, not included in the total amount of wages.

4, physical discount: refers to all kinds of physical discount paid by employees from inside and outside the unit, which is not included in the total wages and insurance benefits.

5, property income: including personal interest earned by banks and enterprises from employees, interest on bonds, dividends and dividends.

6, pfer income: it includes the donated income, other relatives and friends, inheritance income, donation income and so on.

7, other income: including the risk compensation income of the lessee of the leasing business unit, the allowance for worker's meal allowance, the charge for going abroad, the allowance for business trip, the travel expenses of the mobilization work and the cost of settling the house.
