In the first half of this year, the average profit margin of textile enterprises above designated size was 4.42%, compared with 3.29% in the same period last year.
Among them, there are nearly 1/3 enterprises in the industry, that is, the business revenue of 17 thousand and 700 main businesses has increased by 30%, the total profit has increased by 65%, the average profit rate has reached 8.7%, the 4030 main business income of the dominant enterprises has increased 32%, the total profit has increased by 77.8%, and the average profit rate has reached 16.8%.

It is understood that in the first half of 2010, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission recalled 46 textile and apparel products, of which 27 were from China, accounting for 59%. The EU's rapid alert system management guidelines accumulated 245 items of textile and apparel products, of which 133 were Chinese textile products, up 102% from the same period last year, accounting for 54% of the total recall.

Construction of enterprise laboratory is not a "image project".
Sun Ruizhe, vice president of the China Textile Industry Association, believes that the establishment of a laboratory as the best mode for enterprises to realize the linkage of industry, University and research integration can not only help enterprises establish internal quality control and defense, but also actively improve the efficiency of new research and development, and help to develop a strong market orientation and rapid pformation of R & D achievements.
What is the current status of laboratory accreditation in China? According to Cao Shi, director of the experimental Office of the China National Accreditation Committee for conformity assessment, the number of enterprises participating in laboratory accreditation is increasing every year.
As of September 30th this year, 4136 laboratories were accredited, compared with 490 in ten years, and 3707 in 2009.
From the geographical distribution of accredited laboratories, it is mainly concentrated in the more developed Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. For example, there are 607 accredited laboratories in Guangdong, 479 in Jiangsu and 403 in Beijing.
Overall, enterprises are also gradually strengthening the importance of laboratory construction.
"However, the overall level of laboratories in textile and garment enterprises is uneven.
The eastern coastal area is in good condition. Some high-end enterprise laboratories have been in line with the international market, and imported advanced testing equipment, and have passed the international laboratory accreditation.
But for small and medium enterprises, there is no laboratory, or the level is not high.
Zhang Cuizhu, deputy director of the Quality Certification Department of China Textile Information Center, said.
There are two reasons for Zhang Cuizhu's analysis of this phenomenon: first, the concept of reason, "because the boss pays more attention to enterprise efficiency, investment laboratory, short term is not easy to see the effect, but also may continue to invest."

According to Tan Wanchang, manager of quality management center of Anta (China) Co., Ltd., Anta has the first sports science laboratory in the same industry. The technology center has a total area of about 8000 square meters, and has more than 300 scientific and technological personnel and technical management personnel.
