The 3 bases include the three state-level textile industrial bases in Fengxin County, Jiangxi Province, China's new textile industrial base county, the Communist Youth City, China's down garment city and Qingshan Lake area, China's knitted garment city.
It is understood that since 2002, the China Textile Industry Association and the textile industrial cluster area jointly carried out the pilot work of the textile industry cluster development, and made significant progress.
