However, if it is unavoidable for work or life reasons, it is best to stretch the leg and joint muscles before wearing high heels, such as toes upward, stretching muscles and ligaments first, and then wearing high heels.
In addition, when choosing high-heeled shoes, first consider whether the soles are consistent with the radian of their feet; whether there is a gap between the front of the toe and the top of the shoes, generally the gap of 2~3 cm is appropriate; the heel should not be too thin, the toe should be loose, and the heel height should not exceed 5 cm.
