Scientific and technological achievements in the textile industry in 2010 are plentiful.

This year, the textile optical technology award has 137 award-winning projects, involving 7 major categories and more than 10 specialties in textile, chemical fiber, industrial use, printing and dyeing, mechanical automation, standards and soft science.

Among them, there were 10 first prize, two prize 44 and three prize 83.

Among the 137 awards, 103 enterprises participated in the project, accounting for 75% of the total number of awards. Among them, 77 of the enterprises completed the first completed project, accounting for 56% of the total number of awards.

The position of the main body of technological innovation has been strengthened, and the open regional innovation system, which is market-oriented and closely integrated by industry, University and research, is gradually taking shape in the industry.

As can be seen from the award, this year's awarding projects reflect the characteristics and trends of textile technology progress and independent innovation.

First of all, energy saving and emission reduction technology has been highly valued by enterprises.

Of the 10 projects that won the first prize this year, two were the results of energy conservation and emission reduction achieved by independent innovation.

The "integrated technology and device for recycling resources in batik industry" completed by Qingdao Phoenix dyeing and finishing Co. Ltd. focuses on the technology of recycling and recycling of rosin, high temperature heat recovery and utilization technology, advanced treatment and reuse technology of waste water.

After the implementation of the project, 1440 tons of standard coal can be saved each year, about 300000 tons of waste water and 20% of pollutant emissions.

The "cotton cold pad batch dyeing new technology and key device research and development" project completed by China spinning Limited by Share Ltd has achieved about 15% of water saving than conventional dyeing processing, 15% of electricity consumption, 20% of steam saving, 22% of dyeing and finishing and 18% of COD emissions.

These projects have played an exemplary role and a positive role in promoting cleaner production and recycling economy in China's printing and dyeing industry.

Secondly, the success of research and development of major key technology and equipment has played a huge role in promoting the rapid and healthy development of the industry.

For example, China's Textile Industry Design Institute and other units completed the "million ton PTA plant technology and complete equipment research and development" project, and developed the first PTA device in China to adopt independent technology and complete sets of domestic equipment, ending the history of China's long reliance on the introduction of technology and equipment to build PTA devices, which has milestone significance for the development of PTA industry in China.

Third, the development and application of high performance new fibers is still the focus area of the industry. This year, 5 research achievements on high performance new fibers, which won the first prize this year, have made important contributions to the structural adjustment of the industry and the development of related industries.

For example, the "thousand ton scale T300 grade raw silk and the key technology and equipment of carbon fiber localization" developed by Zhongfu divine eagle Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. have broken the blockade of foreign technology and equipment, greatly alleviated the contradiction between the demand for carbon fiber in civilian and military fields, and greatly promoted the development of related industries.

The fourth is the breakthrough and promotion of key technology, which greatly promotes the development of new products.

In the award-winning projects, quite a lot of achievements have been made to apply the key technology of R & D to the development of new products, such as "seamless line efficient garment complete set technology and industrialization project", such as Lu Tai textile and Limited by Share Ltd, and the application and development technology of "new type of multi component recycled fiber in semi worsted" developed by Jiangsu sunshine Limited by Share Ltd.

Education Award promotes talent training to a higher level

This year, 16 teachers from 8 colleges and universities won the "textile light" Teacher Award and 117 students won the "textile light" Student Award.

In the China Textile Industry Association's Textile Vocational Education Teaching Achievement Award, a total of 27 institutions have participated in the 93 teaching achievements. After the initial evaluation, network evaluation and conference accreditation, 66 achievements were awarded, including 10 first prize, two prize 21, three prize, 35.

This year's teachers and Student Awards are well deserved.

Winners, whether professional or comprehensive, have become models of talent in the industry.

For example, Chen Guoqiang, Dean of the school of textiles and clothing engineering, Soochow University, also instructs young college students in their daily teaching process and guides their students in career planning.

Over the past 5 years, Chen Guoqiang has chaired or participated in 9 scientific research projects at the national, provincial and ministerial levels, and guided the launching of new products and technological renovation projects, and published more than 80 research papers.

The "Silk shrinkage and wrinkle resistant technology and product development" project, which he studied, first proposed the use of pollution-free raw materials in China to finish the finishing process of real silk, which not only made the silk wrinkle resistant, but also maintained the original luster and moisture absorption, dyeing and breathability of the real silk fabrics.

Relying on this technology, relevant enterprises have declared the national industrial test project, and the project results have reached the international advanced level.

Zheng Zhijian, an award-winning student in the school of mechanical and automation at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, has played a leading role in bold development, innovation and leading by example, and has had a good impact on students.

The declaration project of this teaching achievement award represents the development level of educational research and practice of educators in the field of Vocational Education in China's textile industry.

Some achievements are very outstanding and play an important role in the development of textile vocational colleges.

In recent years, the government has attached great importance to the production and academic cooperation of vocational education, and has formulated a number of policies and regulations, and the State Council and the Ministry of education have held many meetings.

In 2002, the decision of the State Council on vigorously promoting the reform and development of vocational education pointed out: "vocational schools should closely combine teaching activities with production practice, social services, technology popularization and technology development."

From the teaching results of this declaration, schools have fully implemented the spirit of documentation, and some of the results of the declaration are closely related to production and learning cooperation.
