According to the decision of the General Administration of Customs on revising some rules and regulations promulgated and implemented by the General Administration of Customs on 30 th, the residents in the border area have passed the exchange.

Except for goods exempt from tax-free list, the import duty and import link tax shall be exempted from each person's daily value below RMB 8000 yuan.
The revised "border management measures" stipulates that the residents in the border area should have a daily basis.

Goods imported from ports or from the trading areas (points) of the border areas, which are worth less than RMB 1000 yuan, shall be exempted from import duties and import link taxes. For "more than 1000 yuan less than 5000 yuan" and "more than 5000 yuan", they shall be collected according to different regulations.
The revised objects include the regulations of the People's Republic of China Customs on the supervision of entry and exit passenger baggage, the relevant regulations of People's Republic of China Customs on the management of baggage items for pit passengers and the regulations on trade management in border areas, and the relevant laws, administrative regulations, rules and regulations and the serial numbers of the cited laws.
