In summary, Vietnam's economy has developed rapidly in recent years, but it often suffers from inflation. Labor opportunities for employment are also increasing.
According to JP Morgan's survey of labor market data in Vietnam, the average monthly income of manufacturing workers in Vietnam is about 136 US dollars (at present, the official rate of US $1 is 19500), while the clothing and textile industries in Hu Zhiming, Pingyang and naeni provinces can absorb labour. The salaries of the workers should be at least 130 US dollars, and nine in the Longjiang plain, at least from 100 US dollars to 120 US dollars.
Vietnam's labor policy has not yet been improved. Only by providing a good welfare system for employers, it is inevitable that it will be difficult to retain labour. Vietnam is stepping into the stage of economic development which has previously been developed by the developed countries, which is dominated by low labor cost and industrial processing. Therefore, only by pferring the industrial structure of the economy, adjusting the production of dense labor industry, developing high-tech and high value value industries, can we alleviate the current shortage of labor.
