Daily performance:

And the real reason why little A won this job opportunity is that it comes from the appearance of everyone (including the boss, the decision maker). The way of thinking is very simple for the boss. Communicate:

The boss thought he was good at communication, at least in line with the requirements of daily work, and everyone was willing to work with the people he chatted with, which is also an obvious reason. Why do many people who flatter themselves have a much greater chance of going smoothly than others? To a certain extent, flattery is also an effective communication skill. Remember, the boss is not necessarily a flattering person, but he must be the one who talks with him and can communicate with others.
Ability:
In the case of small A, the boss finally talked about his professionalism and ability to meet our job requirements. From the perspective of any boss's concern, waste is absolutely impossible, because things are always done by someone. But what specific requirements do employers have for employees' abilities? I think they vary from person to person. Some bosses prefer their subordinates to be more competent than others, and the stronger the better, some bosses only have the ability of subordinates to meet their job requirements. Of course, bosses will value other things, such as looks and personalities, but the most important ones are the three points listed above, the first two are dominant, relatively easy to judge, and the latter one can not be easily judged. Therefore, to sum up, the boss still takes "appearance" as the person, and the "appearance" here refers to the external appearance.
