Party A can apply for a private driving license according to the regulations and issue a certificate to Party B within days.

3. if Party B has completed the flight training for hours and hours, and has not yet reached the flying technical quality requirement standard, it has been agreed that the flight teaching hours can be increased by the two sides. The increased flight time will be paid by Party B according to the first payment standard. If the flight time is still not up to the technical standard, the responsibility of Party B shall be borne by Party B.

4. if Party B drops out of school, Party B will pay to party a one or two of the standard fee, and the rest shall be paid to Party A according to the actual cost incurred.

5. no matter whether there is any accident during training, neither party nor party shall hold any responsibility for both parties. Party B is responsible for dealing with its own affairs; Party A is responsible for handling all affairs of aircraft, teachers and the three party and undertaking all costs.

6. during the training period, if the contract is not completed, it is agreed by both parties that the agreed terms have the same legal effect as this contract.
