Filing Scope Of Documents

1. the following documents shall be uniformly filed by the two offices.

(4) reports, summaries, resolutions, speeches, briefings and minutes of meetings held by the Party Congress, the workers' Congress, the trade union members' Congress and the delegation of the Communist Youth League at the factory level.

(5) recording and processing results of people's letters and visits with preservation value;

(6) attend the documents and materials brought back from the meetings held by the superiors, and report the materials at the meeting.

(7) the reports and instructions of the leading comrades of the higher authorities to inspect and inspect the factory, as well as the outline and materials that the factory reports to the higher authorities.

(8) audio and visual products that reflect our factory's production, business activities, advanced personages' deeds and factory leaders' work;

(9) factory logs and memorabilia;
